Sally has been with the firm since 1989.  She has extensive experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and beneficiary deeds, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and contested and formal probate matters.  Sally also handles the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, reviews and drafts contracts, security agreements and leases for real estate and business matters and drafts demand letters, deeds and pre- and postnuptial agreements.  In addition, she handles collection matters for individuals and businesses including garnishments and represents employers in Unemployment (DES) hearings.  Her litigation experience includes contract disputes, collection matters, real and personal property tax, evictions, and contested probate cases. Because of her background in geology, Sally developed an interest in water law, and has represented Maricopa County for over twenty years in the Gila River Adjudication and before the Arizona Navigable Stream Adjudication Commission.  She can prepare Well Agreements, Statement of Claimants, and documentation for wells filed with the Arizona Department of Water Resources.
